Opinium are an award-winning insight and research agency based in London and New York. As the industry-leader they needed an expert digital partner to help revamp their website.

The research website and content strategy needed restructuring to better reflect the four core services Opinium provide. We worked with the Opinium management team to plan new user flows through the website that ensured the design works for different audiences. We defined user groups and the functional elements that guide visitors on a specific journey to the correct pages.  From here, we were able establish the content blocks required to build page templates.

People are at the heart of everything Opinium do so we included photography as part of the project. We styled, shot, and retouched images for the website and other digital applications. Opinium have brought together a group of amazing people from a wide range of backgrounds. The friendly Opinium team and rich company culture were easy to shoot and made a great addition to the new website.

The website was built on WordPress CMS allowing us to create and manage a network of multiple websites from a single WordPress dashboard. This was a perfect solution for Opinium who required different content across two versions of the website – one for their UK office in London and one for the US office in New York.

As part of all websites we deliver we include training sessions for website managers helping the client use the software we deliver.
