Eight years ago, we partnered with the team at the SnowDome to launch a website that brought their world of snow, ice, and adventure to life online. Fast forward to today, and we’re proud to reveal a brand new digital home for this iconic destination. One that’s sleeker, faster, and designed to convert more visitors into happy skiers, snowboarders, and swimmers.
The SnowDome is a one-of-a-kind venue, an indoor snow slope, ice rink, swimming pool, and gym all under one roof. So the challenge was to create a site that felt as dynamic and high-energy as the experience itself.

The goal was simple: help the SnowDome tell their story better and make it easier for guests to find and book activities. The new site is photography and video-led, showcasing the excitement of real people on the slopes and the atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
We rethought the user experience from the ground up, refining navigation and restructuring content to ensure visitors can quickly find what they need whether that’s booking a snowboarding lesson, checking gym timetables, or planning a family day out.
Built for Accessibility and Performance
A key part of this redesign was ensuring the site is inclusive and accessible to everyone. From improved colour contrast and typography choices to a fully responsive design, the new SnowDome site looks and performs beautifully on any device.
We also put a major focus on speed and stability, so pages load faster and the booking experience feels seamless, because no one wants to wait when there’s snow to shred.

Working with The SnowDome again after eight years was a special experience. Seeing how far both our teams have come and collaborating once more to create something even better, has been a real highlight for us.
