Hosting & Support

Every website and app we host comes with 30 days post-launch support. This includes direct contact with our designers, developers and management team. We’ll help you use our software and we answer all your questions. After the 30 day period customers sign-up for a support contract service which guarantees that our team will be available to maintain your website. This service provides you with continuous security and technical support after the website is launched.

We will always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your goals, but sometimes it’s best to have a few things written down so that 
we both know what’s what.

What’s included in your hosting agreement?

Service uptime

We shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure your software remains live with an uptime rate of 99%. From time to time your software might require service downtime in order to perform maintenance and upgrades. Whenever possible, we shall use r easonable endeavours to perform maintenance and upgrades without incurring any service downtime.

Guaranteed availability

Direct contact with our management team via telephone and email to discuss your hosting arrangement.

Annual review

We will conduct an annual review of your hosting requirement and advise on whether your computer systems, network and infrastructure are suitable for your needs.

What’s not included in your hosting agreement?

Software infrastructure maintenance

We cannot make updates or fixes to your software. We cannot ensure that the software infrastructure we delivered will always works flawlessly. This is covered in our support contract.

Security

We cannot ensure that your software is fully protected against hackers gaining access and other security measures. This is covered in our support contract.

Software infrastructure maintenance

We make sure that the software infrastructure we delivered always works flawlessly. This includes daily supervision, maintenance and essential updates to our own database and our own code.

Security

We ensure that your software is protected against hackers gaining access and that any forms are monitored for spam including real-time IP blacklist blocks, protection from brute force attacks by limiting login attempts, enforcing strong passwords and other security measures.

Extended warranty

We fix bugs in our own infrastructure at no extra charge.

Preferential rates

We offer a 10% discount on future work to clients that have a 
support contract.

What’s not included in your support agreement?

Design and code updates

Additional design, markup, CSS and other code updates. We’ll be happy to quote for discounted future work accordingly.

External infrastructure maintenance

Fixing bugs, code or database errors created by an external 
team or agency.

Digital marketing services

Consultancy and reporting on digital marketing performance of the website or app. Management or training on third-party software packages such as; Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Hubspot and Mailchimp. We’ll be happy to quote for discounted future work accordingly.

Third-party installs

Installation of plug-ins and/or third party platforms. We’ll be happy to quote for discounted future work accordingly.
