Class have partnered with branding agency The Clearing to deliver an app for Intu properties plc.

Intu locations deliver 400 million shopper visits a year. They own many of the UK’s largest and most popular retail destinations including Lakeside, Cribbs Causeway and The Trafford Centre.

The new app showcases Intu Costa Del Sol, a new 260,000 sqm shopping centre in Spain. The Torremolinos location will include 12 neighbourhoods covering 148,000 sqm of retail units, 2 hotels, over 70 restaurants, a 3,500 person concert venue and Spain’s first dedicated e-Sports arena. When the venue opens it is expected to receive 29 million guest visits per year. The native iPad app was presented to potential investors at the international retail property market MAPIC.

The collaboration with The Clearing follows successful launches for Headland, The Brain Tumour Charity and Kingfisher plc.
